• Teachers will complete the Request to Unblock Website Form and click Submit.
  • When the request is submitted it will be automatically sent to the Help Desk.
  • Help Desk will forward the request form to the Building Principal.
  • Building Principal will review the website before sending the request form to Dr. Koru.
  • Dr. Koru will make the final decision on unblocking the website.
