An Ordinance amending Millville City Code, Chapter 39 ("Motor vehicle and Traffic regulations"), to repeal and replace Article X ("Schedules") with comprehensive regulations designed to curb the illegal use of ATVs and other off-road vehicles on public streets and roads.

Resolution authorizing the issuance of Alcoholic Beverage Licenses that have met the renewal conditions for July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023.

Resolution authorizing the insertion of an additional item of revenue in the CY 2022 Budget which is now available as revenue from the NJ Department of Environmental Protection- Clean Communities Program in the amount of $65,725.11.

Resolution Item (CA03)

Resolution authorizing the insertion of an additional item of revenue in the CY 2022 Budget which is now available as revenue from the County of Cumberland Municipal Alliance on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse in the amount of $14,305.00.

Resolution authorizing the cancellation of various receivable balances from the balance sheets of the Federal and State Grants Fund Balance Cancellations, which have either (1) expired, (2) a portion has been requested of the agency to be canceled or (3) have been deemed uncollectible.

Resolution authorizing the Tax Collector to cancel the special assessment in the amount of $1642.80; against the property of 506 N High Street; further known as Block 356 Lot 11.

Resolution authorizing Special Assessment of Municipal Liens for certain properties due to expenses incurred by the City of Millville relating to Cut and Clean plus administrative fees in accordance with Chapter 11, Article VI of the Municipal Code.
