Ordinance amending Chapter 30, Article XII, SCHEDULE OF DISTRICT REGULATIONS to add Class 1 (Cannabis Cultivator), Class 2 (Cannabis Manufacturer), Class 3 (Cannabis Wholesaler) and Class 4 (Cannabis Distributor) as permitted uses in the I-1 General Industry Zoning District as well as the I-3 Air Park Industry Districts as well as to add new Section 30-117.2 specifically designating Class 5 (Cannabis Retailer), Class 6 (Cannabis Delivery Service) as non- permitted uses in all Zoning Districts in the City.

Resolution authorizing the issuance of a Taxicab Owner License to Javier Hernandez Tapia owner of A-Mex Taxi LLC, 1501 Oakland Avenue, Suite D for the period covering January 01, 2021 through December 31, 2021. The issuance of the license is subject to the receipt of the owner's State of New Jersey Tax Sale Certificate.
