Resolution rescinding Resolution No. R29-2013 adopted on October 29, 2013, which entered an order declaring that the structure located at 308-310 Sharp Street to be unfit and a nuisance because of its dilapidated condition.  The resolution is being rescinded because Wayne Young has contracted to purchase the property and has submitted a rehabilitation plan detailing the improvement he intends to make.
