PLANNING ANNOUNCEMENT

TAKE NOTICE that on the 17th day of October, 2016 at 6:30 PM, the City of Millville will hold a public hearing in the Municipal Building, 4th Floor, Richard C. McCarthy Commission Chamber, 12 S. High Street, Millville, New Jersey to review the draft Land Use Element Plan which has been developed in conjunction with the NJ Department of Community Affairs Local Planning Services.  

Written comments will be accepted NO LATER than October 17th.  You may submit them in writing to:

Upon adoption of the Land Use Element Plan, the City is considering innovative solutions to zoning such as form based code or performance based zoning (READ MORE HERE) which focus more on the design of an area or the impact of a development, respectively, instead of traditional zoning schedules.
